I am trying to write a workshop script about SEO for iweb. I have heard about some third party add ons that can help but was wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge they would like to impart on this subject. If you are not familiar with iweb, it is a WYSIWYG editor. If text is manipulated in any manner, shadow, angle or font not supported, it is rendered as an image. There is no input that is readily accessible for adding meta tags. Anyway, I'd appreciate any help, and oh btw, ipad arrival date =April 3rd.

As for iWeb, yes it seems to make up for in SEO what it lacks in clean markup. I googled around and saw a few out there.

This one was at the top of the list:

I haven't tried it, but they seem to apply some extra meta information.

I also would like some more resources about SEO in general. If there is a recommended book, article, pdf that you know of. I need to be able to explain basic stuff for people who are pretty much not that savvy about the web in general and this subject in particular.

I would also suggest reading through the Google Webmaster information: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/

Just remember the two easiest things you can do for SEO is have AWESOME content updated regularly and have clean, semantic code.
