Decide on a Layout
Visit code-sucks.com to choose a layout for your webpage. Download the layout that you want to work with, unzip it, and open the html and css files in Dreamweaver.
Making it Look Good
Go to http://www.sxc.hu/index.phtml and search for an image to use for the header of your website.
Next go to ColourLovers.com to find a color scheme to work with.
Adding the Content
Use the WYSIWYG in Dreamweaver to add the content to your webpage.
