The Project
You will create a proposal for a Presidential candidate (you may choose any candidate who was in the running this year) explaining how you think that s/he should use new media to reach young voters. Include at least three ways to use new media.
Write a business email to your candidate that outlines your proposal for how s/he can use new media to reach young voters. Be specific. Do not just say, use Facebook, for example. Explain how to use Facebook in a way that would most help them get their message across and bring voters to their camp.
Create a desktop publishing product that illustrates how these uses of new media will bring in voters.
Make sure that in your letter or your desktop publishing, you succinctly explain/define "new media."
